This Brandy is a pure product from nature. Our family has crafted schnapps brandy since the 18th century. Williamspear fruit from our own orchard is harvested at the perfect ripe state, turned into mash and fermented in a slow, cool process. The mash is then distilled carefully following generations old tradition. The schnapps is then aged in small old oak barrels. After ripening to our taste, we add dried williamspear from the same harvest. In a few weeks, the rich tones of the dried fruit marry with the williamspear brandy. This cuvee will be filtered gently and filled in our exclusive bottle.
